Due to the interest I keep getting about this via PM's, I'm opening up the fourth round
of the very same super deal we've had in the past. Since the previous group buy happened
a couple of years ago (time flies!), I guess there should be enough interest to warrant it

With the audio install finished at long last, it was time to turn my attention to exterior and
fit parts I've had laying around for quite some time, but the first job was to get the bodywork
cleaner and shinier by a professional polisher.

We have almost no GTIs left at all here in Bosnia!

With the interior parts back from the cleaners, the first job was to put the clean carpet back in the car.
I've also put the dash back together. What a massive difference! Apart from some fade in the driver's
footwell, it looks pristine.

Nearly two years and only 4000 km later, we're in September 2011. Better late than never - starting a small
overhaul from inside out. Dirty interior was making me sick and I was eagerly awaiting to see it out.

OK, we're in 2011 now. Wishbones needed replacing due to play in ball joints. However, we opted
to replace the ball joints, instead of complete wishbones.

Wow, I can't believe that I got the car nearly two years ago now and I've not done any work on it since,
except having to repair the radiator, but I've just started making it nicer and better, so you can expect
an update soon!

Time to finally complete my envisaged audio system!

Out with the old 4-channel amplifier (Magnat Rave 440, on the left, good little amp), in with
the new one (Focal FP 4.75, on the right). Specs: 4 x 75W @ 4 ohms, 4 x 100W ...

Like I said, there hasn't been a great deal of work done on the car over the past couple of years,
but here's a tasty little 2010 update :).


It was time to sort out the suspension on the 205 Mi32, which meant finally fitting GAZ GHA coilovers
with 300 lbs springs and eccentric top mounts ...

Time to move on to happier updates, I think! Haha.


It's time to revisit and finally complete the audio system, starting with a messy job of properly
installing the front speakers at long last! Typical French - holes everywhere in the door, except
where I need one to be.
